The Federal Circuit Comes to Dallas
October 1 - October 2
The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is located in Washington D.C., across the street from Lafayette Square and just a stone’s throw from the White House. It’s a beautiful courthouse and fascinating place to visit as the building, and the whole area, is rich with history. Most of us may never argue before the Federal Circuit, nor be in Washington to see an argument. However, on occasion, the Federal Circuit travels and hears cases elsewhere.
Well, the Federal Circuit will hear cases in Dallas this Fall. On October 1st, the Court will hear cases in Northern District of Texas in the Earle Cabell Federal Building and at SMU. Then, on October 2nd, the Federal Circuit will hear cases at Texas A&M.
This is an incredible opportunity for those that would like to see live arguments before the Federal Circuit.
