It’s time to register for the 2018 State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting and IP Section CLE on Thursday and Friday, June 21-22, 2018, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Houston.

The IP Section kicks off our events with a reception on Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Marriott Marquis (location to be announced). Join us for networking with friends and colleagues.
Friday, June 22—Annual Meeting and IP Law CLE Program and Luncheon
We will provide a full day (6 hours including 1 hour of ethics) beginning at 8:40 a.m. CLE admission is included in your registration for the Annual Meeting.
Our program will cover a wide range of contemporaneous topics including:

On Friday we will also have a section business meeting and luncheon (Separate Registration Required) where we will present the Texas Inventor of the Year Award, the Tom Arnold Lifetime Achievement Award, the Trademark Award, and other awards; elect new officers and council members; and vote on changes to our bylaws.
Dr. Julio Palmaz, Ashbel Smith Professor at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and one of Texas’ Inductees in the National Inventor Hall of Fame, will give the keynote address.
