Lifetime Achievement Award Committee

The purpose of the Lifetime Achievement Award is to recognize lawyers who have practiced law or otherwise been involved with Intellectual Property Law for a minimum of 25 years. The recipient’s career should have had a significant impact on the Intellectual Property Law practice in Texas and should preferably be a long-time member of the IP Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. The award will be considered annually, but not necessarily awarded annually, and may be awarded posthumously.

For 2019, the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award is Tom Morris. View some highlights of his career and an interview here.
